Project description:
Our company has successfully applied for funding under the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme Plus, entitled ‘Support for micro and small enterprises in the most disadvantaged regions and in Free Enterprise Zones’, under the call for proposals with the code ‘GINOP PLUSZ-1.2.4-25”, under which we secured a non-repayable grant of 29.81 million forints to implement the project, which has a total cost of 59.63 million forints, whilst providing 29.82 million forints of our own funds. The aim is to use the European Union grant to purchase equipment, information technology equipment and software. As part of the project, the equipment required for the development (SCM TF 130 Class bench milling machine, Avant 860i universal telescopic loader, SCM Formula AS 16 CE long-hole drilling machine, Mikasa MVC-F60H plate vibrator and Sany rubber-tracked mini-excavator), IT development equipment (Lenovo ThinkPad T16 G3), the acquisition of intangible assets (packaged application software) and flat-rate financing to support expenditure will be provided. The project will be carried out at the company’s premises at 20 Árpádszállási út, 6065 Lakitelek.
The project will be implemented between 1 September 2025 and 28 February 2027, with the support of the European Union and funding from the European Regional Development Fund.

Summary of content:
There is a growing market demand for the development of nearly zero-energy buildings, which represent a major step forward in terms of their utility value and market competitiveness compared to traditional lightweight-frame buildings. A fundamental requirement for the interior of these buildings is to ensure comfortable living and working conditions, independent of external weather conditions. A complex, innovative building services system to be developed for the heating or air-conditioning of lightweight structures represents such significant added value that it enables substantial savings to be achieved both in terms of the capital costs of the building materials and thermal insulation systems used, as well as in terms of the buildings’ energy consumption costs.
The main innovation of the project is that it enables the utilisation of renewable natural resources largely independent of the seasons, the time of day and temporary weather conditions. Resources available at unsuitable times of day are stored in phase-change thermal storage materials, which form part of the high-quality building services system developed, and are then utilised at the desired time and place to heat or cool the building’s interior. The system comprises three types of ‘smart’ building panels, with their energy inputs carefully coordinated: latent heat storage panels located within the building’s interior; a convection/radiation cooling panel situated on top of the building’s thermal insulation cladding, outside the cladding itself; and a panel that collects heat from solar radiation (solar collector panel). Through a controlled energy coupling system that adapts to external and internal conditions, the thermal energy collected from the environment, or the heat to be extracted from the interior, is transferred at the appropriate time and to the appropriate extent, in the form of ‘energy packages’, shuttling it back and forth between the external panels and the internal heat storage panels.
A consortium has been formed to carry out the development tasks. During the project’s implementation period, we plan to reach a level of readiness such that the complex building services system developed can be installed in prefabricated buildings and made available for direct sale.
