Pine panelling (solid wood)

Pine blockboard is a stable composite material made by gluing together solid wood lamellae, and is frequently chosen for use in both the furniture and construction industries. Its advantages include its natural wood appearance, ease of machining, and, when properly finished, its ability to retain its dimensions over the long term.

Finish and appearance

Available in end-jointed (HT) and finger-jointed (TM) finishes. In the joint-free version, the lamellas run continuously without interruption; in the finger-jointed version, the lamellas are joined using finger joints, which allows for a more economical and wider range of stock to be offered.

Gluing and application

The AW100 outdoor bonding process produces a joint that is classified as water- and heat-resistant; therefore, with the appropriate surface treatment, it provides a more reliable base even in areas exposed to the elements. Typical applications include: furniture panels, stair and worktop surfaces, wall cladding and interior design elements.
